Hélène and Etienne left their city life and their management positions to grow their vegetables and fruits. Committed to the social and solidarity economy, their vegetable farm employs around twenty employees and feeds hundreds of mouths. Their two lodges welcome working teams, ready to put their hands in the ground before relaxing by the pool and sharing the fruit of their labor on their plate. These hosts are perfect interlocutors to discover market gardening, and to know everything about permaculture, organic and agroecology!
